Due to COVID-19, all guests will be required to show proof of vaccination including one booster.
As of now, we are planning for masks to be optional, and we highly encourage social distancing. All COVID-19 policies are subject to change as we strive to ensure the safety of all attendees. The Washington Duke Inn includes an air filtration system that is certified for COVID-19. Every night the hotel is gone through with an electrostatic system, and any touchable surface is cleaned after every event. 

Sponsors are welcome to join us one hour earlier to mingle in our cocktail reception. We hope to see you there!
