Every day, the Consumer, Housing & Energy Project works with and for North Carolinians.
The Consumer & Housing Project focuses on unfair and deceptive practices targeting North Carolina consumers, fair landlord and tenant laws, affordable housing, and lending abuses, as well as environmental issues impacting low-income communities.
Our staff of lawyers, lobbyists, and community organizers work toward ensuring each North Carolinian has affordable, safe, and healthy consumer products and homes, and live in diverse, sustainable, and healthy communities with affordable services.
Your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
